Through the delivery of a powerful and relatable presentation, we aim to assist employers to engage employees and promote personal ownership of risk management within the workplace.

Brant is a 41 year old young man who lives in Brisbane with his wife and seven young children ranging in ages from two to 18. Brant lost both legs at 19 years of age as a result of injuries sustained in a workplace accident that occurred on a coal mine 20th January 1999.

For the past 10 years, Brant has been sharing his confronting story with both large and small organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand, with all clients reporting a positive improvement in behaviours as a result. “The message is simple, choices I made at the time resulted in the consequences I must now live with.
